Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GET Systems services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

GET Systems provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud management, and related technology services to businesses. Specific services are detailed in individual service agreements.

Service Agreement

Minimum Terms

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with a 10-user minimum. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for monitored systems. Response times vary by service tier:

  • Essential: 8-hour response for critical issues (business hours)
  • Business: 2-hour response for critical issues (24/7)
  • Enterprise: 1-hour response for critical issues (24/7)

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain appropriate user access controls
  • Follow security policies and recommendations
  • Promptly report security incidents
  • Pay invoices within agreed terms

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension after 30 days.

Pricing Changes

We may adjust pricing with 60 days written notice. You have the right to cancel services if you do not accept price changes.

Data & Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data. We maintain confidentiality and implement security measures to protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GET Systems shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Third-party actions or security breaches

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will work with you to minimize disruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate for:

  • Non-payment after 45 days
  • Violation of terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Abusive behavior toward staff

Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, documentation, and methodologies remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use them during the service term.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service relationship.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services using commercially reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GET Systems against claims arising from your use of services, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify clients of material changes.
